As a key member of our laboratory, the successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of tests on materials to determine their physical and mechanical properties. style="line-height:115%">The Lab Technician (Materials Testing Tech) is responsible for the execution of tests and reporting of results. <span style="">A successful technician will evaluate physical properties of materials using a variety of testing methods and equipment to determine the strength, toughness, ductility, and other properties of materials, which can be used to improve the physical tests on a variety of materials using advanced testing equipment</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 3.0pt 0.0px;line-height:normal"><span style="">Performs mechanical tests within laboratory scope of testing and reports results with 100% accuracy.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:107%"><span style="">Interpret test results and provide detailed reports of findings</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:107%"><span style="">Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability</span></li> <li samples such as magnet wire for test</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 3.0pt 0.0px;line-height:normal"><span style="">Reports results in compliance with UL and ELANTAS requirements</span></li>
