Participate as the technical lead for PHAs, LOPAs, MOCs, and other process safety activities. </span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Process optimization – typically incremental improvements of existing equipment either setting standards and/or developing return to standard activities/instructions/changes.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Production oversight (not manage the people) – monitor the chemical processes including raw material charges (product and quantity) and product made (material balance, product yield), batch size, cycle times, and down time.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in
