To strengthen our global HR team, we are currently looking for a Vice President & Head of US HR. This position will be based out of Morristown, NJ. Scope of the role: The Vice President of Human Resources, US is the senior HR leader for the United States organization and a trusted advisor to the US leadership team. This role owns the full HR agenda across the employee lifecycle and plays a critical role in organizational growth, transformation, and integration. You will lead a local HR team, partner closely with global Centers of Excellence (COEs), and ensure that all people programs are effectively deployed and embedded across US business. Compensation & Benefits: The anticipated salary range for this position is $325,000-375,000. This represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors including, but not limited to, experience, skillset, and performance. The salary range listed is just one component of our total compensation package.
