Working closely with regional Sales, as well as regional and global Supply Chain and GBS teams, you will ensure order accuracy, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the entire OtC cycle. Through data-driven analysis, Lean Six Sigma principles, and strong cross-functional collaboration, you won't just keep the process running, you'll make it better, delivering measurable impact on customer satisfaction and business performance.<br><br>This is an onsite role with openings in Louisville, KY and The Woodlands, TX. Your hands-on experience in fast-paced, operationally complex environments is exactly the foundation this role is built on.</p></span></p> <p><br><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif"><span style="color:#316c94"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif"><span style="color:#000000"><ul> <li>Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process for defined customers and products, including order tracking, customer communication, and quotation creation across all markets</li> <li>Ensure high order data accuracy and maintain backlog commenting in line with established rules and standards</li> <li>Monitor OtC KPIs and implement corrective actions to drive performance improvements and customer satisfaction</li> <li>Coordinate with Scheduling, Planning, and global/regional OtC and SCM teams to cascade order-relevant updates and support informed decision-making</li> <li>Support Supply Chain performance reporting including OTIF analysis, backlog reporting, and root cause analysis within the QNS process</li> <li>Leverage data-driven approaches and Lean Six Sigma principles to identify process inefficiencies, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement across regional Supply Chain workflows.</li> <li>Maintain accurate process documentation including SOPs and Work Instructions to meet audit requirements</li> <li>Support master data maintenance covering customer master, material master, and pricing conditions</li> <li>Collaborate with global and regional OtC Management to harmonize processes and implement globally aligned best practices across the segment</li> </ul></span></span></span><br> </p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif"><span style="color:#316c94"><strong>Requirements</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif"><span style="color:#000000"><ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a formal qualification</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain Operations, Project Coordination, or a related business function</li> <li>Solid understanding of business processes and customer service principles</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), with the ability to work with data, create reports, and leverage business intelligence tools;
