<p>At <strong>Bouygues</strong> we require an experienced Senior <strong>M&E</strong> Quantity Surveyor as we expanding our team for a specific project based in<strong> Jersey. </strong>Bouygues’ operates an MEP Unbundled strategy, reducing reliance on external suppliers to improve quality, safety, and project control.</p><p> </p> <p><strong>Your skills profile should include the following:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in M&E Quantity Surveying at a senior level with a main contractor/MEP Sunb contracator </li> <li>Managing (M&E) subcontractor packages</li> <li>Experience in producing financial reports, including forecast, net margin, & activity</li> <li>Strong commercial awareness</li> <li>Demonstrates strong attention to detail and produce accurate work</li> <li>Facilitate the promoting the training and development of the Quantity Surveying Team</li> <li>Demonstrate a solid understand/management of company reporting timetables, as well as key tools & procedures</li> <li>BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar</li> <li>Experience covering both pre and post contract</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Role Summary:</strong></p> <p>Maximise the commercial results of projects in terms of delivering optimum profit performance against internal budgets. Procurement of Sub-contractors and Financial & Contractual management of them. Collaborating with the Project Manager and other members of the Project team.
