This role is not a generic delivery position, we are specifically targeting candidates who bring:</p> <ul> <li>Strong practical experience configuring and operating reconciliation platforms</li> <li>The ability to lead delivery of reconciliation solutions end-to-end</li> </ul> <p>The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of technology, operations, and control, taking ownership of reconciliation initiatives from design through to implementation and optimisation.</p> <p> </p> <p>The anticipated salary range for this role is €72,000-€134,000, with the final offer determined based on the candidate’s skills, experience, role scope, location, and relevant market factors. In addition to base salary, the role may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award and a competitive benefits package, including core benefits such as pension provision.</p> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Position Description</H2> </div><div><p>Reconciliation solution delivery</p> <ul> <li>Lead delivery of reconciliation initiatives including new builds, enhancements, platform upgrades, and data integrations</li> <li>Drive onboarding of new reconciliations, including data sourcing, mapping, and validation</li> <li>Ensure development teams have a clear understanding of functional and non-functional requirements, providing guidance and refinement where necessary</li> <li>Define and agree test scenarios and UAT acceptance criteria with QA and business stakeholders</li> <li>Ensure solutions are scalable, controlled, and aligned to operational needs</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Hands-on reconciliation platform expertise</p> <ul> <li>Configure and optimise reconciliation rules, matching logic, and exception workflows</li> <li>Analyse and resolve reconciliation breaks, identify root causes and improvement opportunities</li> <li>Tune and enhance reconciliation performance, accuracy, and control effectiveness</li> <li>Support platform upgrades and changes, ensuring minimal operational disruption</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Data and process ownership</p> <ul> <li>Understand and manage end-to-end data flows across upstream and downstream systems</li> <li>Ensure data integrity and completeness across reconciliation pipelines</li> <li>Challenge and improve reconciliation design to enhance control frameworks</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Delivery and stakeholder management</p> <ul> <li>Lead delivery across multiple initiatives with clear ownership of scope, timelines, and outcomes</li> <li>Act as key interface between technology, operations, and business stakeholders</li> <li>Drive resolution of delivery impediments, coordinating across teams and escalating as required</li> <li>Provide clear updates, manage expectations, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Risk, control and governance</p> <ul> <li>Identify and proactively manage delivery and platform risks</li> <li>Ensure reconciliation processes meet audit, regulatory, and control requirements</li> <li>Embed best practices in reconciliation design, controls, and change management</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Required experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven hands-on expertise in configuring and operating at least one reconciliation platform (Duco, Intellimatch, Corona or Comfort)</li> <li>Strong understanding of data flows across upstream and downstream systems, including how reconciliation data is sourced, transformed, and consumed end‑to‑end</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of reconciliation design, including matching logic, data integrity controls, and exception management workflows</li> <li>Experience operating as a product or service owner with accountability for platform performance and roadmaps</li> <li>Understanding of integration patterns, data sourcing, entitlements, and technical change governance</li> <li>Strong delivery management ability across BAU, change, testing cycles, and incident management</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders</li> <li>Ability to manage vendor relationships, contracts, and escalations effectively</li> <li>Strong communication, analytical and decision‑making skills, with a focus on structured problem‑solving and control improvement</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">What we offer</H2> </div><div><p>For all the expertise and experience you bring to help us make a difference, it’s only sustainable if we support you to build your career and be your best self so we offer competitive company benefits, centred around promoting positive well-bring and work-life balance.
