Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join us on the Sizewell C project. This is a senior commercial leadership role embedded within a major live infrastructure delivery environment, responsible for leading the commercial and contractual management of major project packages while ensuring strong commercial control, risk management and financial performance. Main Responsibilities Commercial Management and Cost Control <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Act as commercial lead across allocated project packages, providing strategic QS and contractual leadership. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Lead preparation and management of cost plans, budgets, forecasts and cost reporting. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Oversee valuations, applications for payment and maximisation of commercial entitlement. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Drive commercial performance, risk management and cost control across packages.</li> </ul> Procurement and Tendering <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Lead subcontract procurement strategy, tendering, evaluation and award recommendations. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Oversee tender analysis and negotiation of commercial terms. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Support procurement strategy development aligned with programme and project requirements.</li> </ul> Contracts, Claims and Final Accounts <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Lead administration of subcontract and main contract obligations including change management, compensation events and claims. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Drive agreement of final accounts and commercial close-out across work packages.</li> </ul> Leadership and Stakeholder Management <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, Quantity Surveying or Construction-related discipline (or equivalent experience) </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Professional membership (e.g. RICS or equivalent accreditation) </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Proven experience as an MQS or Senior Quantity Surveyor on major infrastructure projects </li> <li
