Training and uniforms are provided for each role!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>If you are interested in joining a reputable national company with diverse career opportunities, we would love to hear from you.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong> ABOUT THE ROLES AVAILABLE:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Location: Various locations across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Toowoomba</li> <li>Full Time/Part Time & Casual Opportunities available</li> <li>Weekday and weekend shifts available</li> <li>4 - 12 hour shifts available</li> <li>Pay level specific to site (up to Level 5)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WITH ANY OF THE BELOW:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Strong Customer Service Skills</li> <li>Proactive and problem-solving mindset</li> <li>Willing to support and step up as required into other roles</li> <li>Ability to work well in a team or autonomously</li> <li>Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)</li> <li>Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports</li> <li>Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)</li> <li>Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods</li> <li>Crowd Control endorsement and own transport will be highly desirable</li> <li>Current First Aid & CPR Certificate</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES MIGHT INCLUDE (depending on the role you choose!):</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & client</li> <li>Gatehouse duties</li> <li>Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems</li> <li>Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk</li> <li>Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification</li> <li>Providing support to tenants and Facilities</li> <li>Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management</li> <li>Responding to emergency situations</li> <li>Contractor management duties</li> <li>Ad-hoc duties</li> <li>Event Security</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Wilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
