Plan and supervise the daily activities and submit daily and weekly reports to Management.</span></span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span><span>Assess and certify Painting Supervisor and Inspector in coordination with other relevant departments and verify and check Contractor’s competency assessment procedure.</span></span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span><span>Provide procedural awareness and job execution implementation process session to end users.</span></span><span> </span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span>Inspect and audit Painting and Insulation Yard and oversee the work activity. </span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span>Improve and Review Painting/Insulation Procedure as when required.</span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span>Contribute to the preparation of annual operating Maintenance Budgets for Support services including Tools requirement.
