executing all tasks associated with valve and Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) repair activities in workshop for all Company facilities onshore and offshore, onsite, and offsite to the highest levels of safety, quality, integrity, and reliability with the aim of achieving optimal operating reliability targets as required by respective Operations Expansion & Start Up (OES) or Offshore Expansion, style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Key Job Accountabilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Supervise valve and PRV repair activities of the valve workshop with optimum utilization of resources to ensure safety and execution of valve repairing.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure that valve and PRV repair activities are delivered in accordance with international standard and codes as per the Company standards and specifications.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Prepare PRV test reports and store as per the Company standards and specifications.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Track and ensure the valve and PRV repair activities are meeting the biweekly schedule.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coordinate the valve and PRV repair activities during normal operations and in shutdown, quality, and safety of execution.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Maintain valve and PRV test benches and test periodically to meet the Company standards and inspection requirement.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure the air compressor and nitrogen gas cylinders are stored and used as per the Company standards and specifications.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Provide effective Toolbox Talks (TBT) are conducted and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for all activities.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure valve repairing spare parts are used without wastage and remaining unused materials are returned to warehouse with necessary documents.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure the valves calibration test benches are calibrated and certified by third-party as per Company procedure.</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">8 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry or petrochemical industry in the valve repairing
