Job Overview The Project Manager is in charge for the successful implementation of a specific project within SHL Medical. He/she will work closely with all team members to ensure, that project requirements, deadlines and schedules are always on track. Overall responsibilities are planning, budgeting, resource allocation as well as project risk management and project team leadership. <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">The Project Manager will be responsible for managing major/complex projects and leading various disciplines in executing the required deliverables under a highly regulatory/GMP environment. It is expected that these projects require discipline leaders and multiple team interfaces. assemble a Project Team with the appropriate range of skills and experience and make sure that all members have the prerequisites to optimally perform their tasks.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Prepare budget based on scope of work and track project costs in order to meet budget</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Work with the Project Team to develop a detailed project schedule and work plan</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the project</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Monitor project performance to identify areas for improvement and adjust as needed</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Perform project risk management to minimize project risks and escalate identified risks at an early stage</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Manage and track changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs and ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on planned changes</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Organize and lead regular project team meeting to exchange on current project status, to discuss current issues and possible solutions and to agree on further actions</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provide project updates on a regular basis to various stakeholders about deliverables, required adjustments, and overall progress</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Follow the global PM process with respect to harmonized global PM practices, methods and tools.</li> </ul> Minimum Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">5+ years of project management experience in highly complex areas with multiple stakeholders</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Profound knowledge of project management processes, methodologies and tools & techniques and ability to adapt them to the organization</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Advanced time and risk management skills;
