<p><strong>Smarter, Better, Now.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>ADB SAFEGATE’s </strong>functional teams are integral to <strong>powering innovation</strong> and ensuring <strong>operational excellence</strong> across the organization. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>The Opportunity:</strong> <br>The Technical Support Engineer provides first line phone support for internal and external customer support questions, including startup and troubleshooting of electrical and computer systems. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm in office and on a rotational basis, provides 24 hours, 7 days a week emergency telephone support remotely</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>You will make an impact by….</strong></p> <ul> <li>Providing professional, technical customer service over the phone, email, etc.., to troubleshoot, diagnose and assist airfield personnel and contractors find solutions to hardware and software issues.</li> <li>Performing technical training classes for standard products to internal and external customers </li> <li>Performing both in house customer validation testing</li> <li>Becoming familiar with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) airport policies, procedures and products.</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>The talent we want to inspire has...</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Associate in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET), equivalent degree, or equivalent experience.</li> <li>Two (2) to Four (4) years related experience or the equivalent combination of experience and education.</li> <li>Two (2) to Four (4) years of experience working as a field technician or related experience.</li> <li>Possession of a valid driver’s license.</li> <li>Must maintain an insurable driving record.</li> <li>Must pass any required BCI and FBI Background Check.</li> <li>Fluent English (oral and written communication skills)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What's on offer</strong></p> <p>We value you and your contribution in the business.
