<p><strong>Smarter, Better, Now.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>ADB SAFEGATE’s </strong>functional teams are integral to <strong>powering innovation</strong> and ensuring <strong>operational excellence</strong> across the organization. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>The Opportunity....</strong></p> <p>The Service Coordinator – Eastern Region provides a wide variety of administrative and support services to the Engineering Services Group, company, project or other organizational units, including file and record maintenance, data management, analysis, and reporting/document control. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>You will make an impact by….</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Perform as the single point of contact for Service’s incidents for internal and external customers for the Eastern Region.</li> <li>Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, compile data, and assemble reports.</li> <li>Responsible for project and technical services resources through support and monitoring.</li> <li>Invoicing / billing for service work performed.</li> <li>Assisting with Service revenue forecasting and tracking revenue-impacting activities</li> <li>Managing the renewal of service contracts to support continued revenue and customer retention.</li> <li>Creating and managing service tickets for the field service team to ensure work is completed and hours worked are accurately captured.</li> <li>A shared resource with other departments as directed by immediate supervisor. </li> </ul> <p><br><strong>The talent we want to inspire has...</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>High School diploma or equivalent</li> <li>One(1) to Two (2) years of vocational or technical training</li> <li>Two (2) to Four (4) years of administrative or office management experience</li> <li>Midlevel experienced with Microsoft Office Suite</li> <li>Fluent English (oral and written communication skills)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What's on offer</strong></p> <p>We value you and your contribution in the business.
