This is an opportunity to join a truly global company, working on innovative software solutions that support airport operations across Airfield, Apron, Terminal, Tower, and Weather solutions.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a meticulous and proactive <strong>BOM Support / Master Data Specialist</strong> to join our team in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing Bill of Materials (BOM) and master data within S4 Hana, ensuring data integrity, supporting costing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><strong>BOM Management:</strong> Create, update, and maintain BOM data in S4 Hana to ensure accuracy and completeness.</li> <li><strong>Master Data Administration:</strong> Assist with maintenance of master data, including materials, parts, and related attributes.</li> <li><strong>Data Integrity & Quality:</strong> Regularly audit and validate BOM and master data to ensure consistency and compliance with standards.</li> <li><strong>Change Management:</strong> Support documentation and implementation of BOM changes as per engineering and product management requirements.</li> <li><strong>Costing Support:</strong> Assist with costing calculations, updates, and reporting for materials and assemblies in S4 Hana.</li> <li><strong>Reporting & Analytics:</strong> Generate and distribute regular reports on BOMs, inventory, costing, and master data KPIs.</li> <li><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with engineering, product management, and supply chain teams to support project and product needs.</li> <li><strong>Process Compliance:</strong> Ensure all BOM and master data processes comply with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements.</li> <li><strong>Data Clean-up:</strong> Support data cleansing and updates as needed.</li> <li><strong>User Support & Training:</strong> Provide assistance and training to team members on S4 Hana BOM and master data processes.</li> </ul> <div align="center"><hr align="center" size="0" width="100%"></div> <p><strong>We’re Looking For Someone With</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><strong>Detail-oriented & Accurate:</strong> Meticulous in maintaining and validating large volumes of data.</li> <li><strong>Proficiency in S4 Hana & MS Excel:</strong> Comfortable navigating ERP systems (especially S4 Hana) and performing data tasks in Excel.</li> <li><strong>Analytical Mindset:</strong> Strong skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and interpreting technical information.</li> <li><strong>Effective Communicator:</strong> Able to clearly explain data issues and processes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li><strong>Organized & Self-motivated:</strong> Manages multiple priorities efficiently, works independently, and meets deadlines reliably.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why Join ADB Safegate?</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Be part of a global organization driving innovation in aviation.</li> <li>Competitive salaries, benefits, and career growth opportunities.</li> <li>A collaborative and flexible work culture that values your contributions.</li> </ul>
