This is an opportunity to join a truly global company, working on innovative software solutions that support airport operations across Airfield, Apron, Terminal, Tower, and Weather solutions.</p> <h3>The Opportunity</h3> <p>We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented <strong>Engineering Change Process Engineer</strong> to join our team in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will support the end-to-end management of engineering change orders, ensure accurate documentation and compliance, and enable smooth coordination across engineering teams and stakeholders.</p> <p> </p> <h3>The Role</h3> <ul> <li><strong>ECO Administration:</strong> Assist team leads with managing, documenting, and tracking Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) through their lifecycle.</li> <li><strong>Technical Reporting:</strong> Prepare, analyze, and maintain regular status and progress reports for internal and client use.</li> <li><strong>Documentation Review:</strong> Review, update, and organize engineering drawings, documents, and specifications.</li> <li><strong>Database Management:</strong> Maintain and update project-related databases and records.</li> <li><strong>Project Coordination:</strong> Support scheduling, tracking, and follow-up for ongoing projects and engineering changes.</li> <li><strong>Process Compliance:</strong> Ensure all administrative and technical tasks adhere to company and client standards and procedures.</li> <li><strong>Audit Support:</strong> Assist with preparation and coordination for internal and external audits related to documentation and ECOs.</li> <li><strong>Communication:</strong> Coordinate effectively with engineering teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth information flow.</li> <li><strong>Use of Engineering Tools/Software:</strong> Utilize CAD, ERP, and document control systems as needed for project support.</li> <li><strong>Data Analysis:</strong> Analyze project and change order data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.</li> </ul> <h3> </h3> <h3>We’re Looking For Someone With</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Attention to Detail:</strong> High accuracy in handling documents, data, and change orders.</li> <li><strong>Strong Organizational Skills:</strong> Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently.</li> <li><strong>Proficiency in MS Office:</strong> Especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.</li> <li><strong>Problem-solving Aptitude:</strong> Capable of identifying and resolving discrepancies or process issues.</li> <li><strong>Team Player with Strong Communication:</strong> Works collaboratively and communicates clearly with both local and global teams.</li> </ul> <h3> </h3> <h3>Why Join ADB Safegate?</h3> <ul> <li>Be part of a global organization driving innovation in aviation.</li> <li>Competitive salaries, benefits, and career growth opportunities.</li> <li>A collaborative and flexible work culture that values your contributions.</li> </ul>
