We are presently seeking a Project Manager for Operations who be responsible for leading and managing large-scale projects from inception to completion. <ul> <li>Project Planning and Execution: <ul type="circle"> <li>Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.</li> <li>Lead project teams, providing direction, motivation, and support throughout the project lifecycle.</li> <li>Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Stakeholder Management: <ul type="circle"> <li>Engage with stakeholders to define project requirements, expectations, and deliverables.</li> <li>Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.</li> <li>Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts or concerns as they arise.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Budget and Resource Management: <ul type="circle"> <li>Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are used effectively and efficiently.</li> <li>Coordinate with resource managers to secure necessary personnel and resources for project execution.</li> <li>Track and report on project expenditures and ensure cost control measures are in place.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Quality Assurance: <ul type="circle"> <li>Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.</li> <li>Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure project objectives are achieved and deliverables are of high quality.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Leadership and Team Development: <ul type="circle"> <li>Mentor and support junior project managers and team members, fostering professional growth and development.</li> <li>Promote a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging effective communication and teamwork.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Continuous Improvement: <ul type="circle"> <li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.</li> <li>Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and enhance future project performance.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> </li> </ul> Requirements <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Project Manager, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field</li> <li>Experience of 8-10 years of project management experience, wi9th at least 3-5 years in a senior project management role</li> <li>Proven track record of managing large, complex projects successfully</li> <li>PMP or equivalent certification preferred</li> <li>Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure</li> </ul> Benefits start day 1: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Holiday Pay, PAID Maternity/Paternity leave, Tuition Reimbursement, Long-term and Short-term disability.
