For this highly demanding market, the Göttingen site supplies highly complex opto-mechanical modules, subsystems and components for applications in lithography, wafer inspection, chip bonding and packaging.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">In addition, this site manufactures and supplies a broad range of optical and mechanical components, including complete
