Preventive Maintenance<br>Execute preventive maintenance activities as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure optimal machine performance, improve reliability, and minimise unplanned downtime</p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;line-height:115%">2. Troubleshooting & Repair<br>Provide prompt response to unscheduled equipment and machine breakdowns. Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot faults, and carry out repairs. Implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence of issues.</p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;line-height:115%">3. Machine Installation & Qualification<br>Support the installation, setup, and qualification of new equipment in collaboration with equipment manufacturers, or by following approved manuals, procedures, and technical guidelines.</p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;line-height:115%">4. Compliance & Workplace Standards<br>Maintain a safe and organised work environment in full compliance with EH&S (Environmental, Health & Safety), 6S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain, Safety), and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.</p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;line-height:115%">5. Documentation<br>Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with maintenance department procedures, including service reports, maintenance records, and work orders. Familiarity with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance module) is an added advantage.</p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;line-height:115%">6. Spare Parts Management<br>Support spare parts procurement activities and ensure proper inventory management, storage, and organisation within the maintenance store to support operational readiness.</p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;line-height:115%">7.
