At Excelitas Technologies you are how we EXCEL. </span></span><br> </p> <p>Responsibilities: </p> <ul> <li>Record daily output data and submit to Leader. </li> <li>Attend daily morning briefing and feedback issues pertaining to production matters that require attention. </li> <li>Communicate with other staffs on production related matters through verbal and communication book during handover period. </li> <li>Carry out machine warm up activity on respective machines, where its applicable. </li> <li>Inform Leader for leave request and being absent from workplace. </li> <li>Report to Leader on Non-Conformance parts, technical issues or machine faulty / down during processing. </li> <li>Ensure machines are fully utilized at all times. </li> <li>To operate polishing machine at main line department.</li> <li>Key Objectives <br>1) To achieve output target with good quality product. <br>2) To learn and apply acquired knowledge where its applicable. <br> a) Good Documentation Practice (GDP) <br> b) Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) </li> <li>Work and comply to Quality Management System (QMS) such as AS9100D and other ISO Standard requirements. </li> <li>Abide at all times to company's rules and regulations (Collective Agreement). </li> <li>Work safely and adopt work safety habits as per Environment, Health and Safety requirements. </li> </ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 'O' Level or NITEC certificate</li> <li>Experience in manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Able to perform machine set up.</li> <li>Able to work independently and is a team player.</li> <li>Able to work rotating shift.</li> </ul><p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer <br> Minorities/Females/Disability/Gender Identity/Sexual Orientation </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Excelitas is seeking leaders and innovators to join our global team!
