At Excelitas Technologies you are how we EXCEL. </span></span><br> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;line-height:115%">Main responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li style="line-height:115%">Completion of daily coating production activities.</li> <li style="line-height:115%">Check machine schedule and ensure process inputs stored in respective machine. </li> <li style="line-height:115%">Prepare the needed coating material for pre-melting and ensure all the shutters and sidewalls are cleaned. </li> <li style="line-height:115%">Enter the process and machine parameters for every run in the checklist during the coating process. </li> <li style="line-height:115%">Monitor the coating process and provide essential guidance to coaters attending other machines. </li> <li style="line-height:115%">Set the venting temperature, remove the segment from the machine after venting. </li> <li style="line-height:115%">Perform the spectral measurements according to the required specifications by choosing proper template. </li> <li style="line-height:115%">Undertake additional production responsibilities as and when required. </li> </ul> <p style="line-height:115%">Requirements. </p> <ul> <li style="line-height:115%">Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. </li> <li style="line-height:115%">Min 5 years of experience with manufacturing industry. </li> <li style="line-height:115%">Experience in Optics polishing or Thin Film manufacturing will be an advantage. </li> <li style="line-height:115%">Ability to read, understand and provide training on SOPs, work instructions, technical drawing. </li> <li style="line-height:115%">Clear understanding of product quality and systems regulations and requirements. </li> <li style="line-height:115%">Good interpersonal skills and attitude. </li> <li style="line-height:115%">Flexible to work overtime as required. </li> <li style="line-height:115%">Must be able to work in rotating shift pattern or 12 hour shift. </li> <li style="line-height:115%">Proficiency in general Microsoft application including MS word and Excel. </li> </ul><p><span style=""><span style="">Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer <br> Minorities/Females/Disability/Gender Identity/Sexual Orientation </span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">Excelitas is seeking leaders and innovators to join our global team!
