POSITION SUMMARY The Operations Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight of multiple dialysis centers. This role ensures efficient day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and high standards of patient care. The position also drives continuous improvement, workforce capability development, stakeholder engagement, and business growth initiatives within the assigned centers. Technical & Functional Skills • Strong knowledge of dialysis operations, clinical processes, and regulatory requirements. • Proven experience in managing multi-site healthcare operations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare systems (e.g., EHR, practice management systems). Behavioral Skills • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • High level of adaptability and results orientation.
