They will be able to identify and resolve issues on the connectivity infrastructure and establish security best practices. They are ultimately responsible for maintaining infrastructure systems - including Network, Zero Trust Segmentation (AKA Micro-Seg), NGFW, NAC and Load Balancing.</div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Description - Grade Specific</H2> </div><div>Key responsibilities encompass: Technical Excellence: Demonstrating good knowledge of infrastructure knowledge and CCNP certifications preferred Operational focus: responsible for creating and generating configuration changes, responding to more complex and technical incident response and trouble shooting. Incident Management: Playing a central role in tier 3 specialist incident response and resolution. Collaborate with vendor teams for complex incident response.
