<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">As a Talent Acquisition Consultant you will:</H2> </div><div><p>• Understand business strategy and consult with key stakeholders to support full cycle recruitment of consultants in our teams across China. This will be across the junior and senior levels.<br>• Manage all recruiting activity, fully support across several Business Units; Stakeholders include, individual Hiring Managers & Department Leaders, HR counterparts and all candidates;<br>• Actively build up recruitment pipeline by using multiple channels including online portals, agencies, Universities and other techniques etc.,<br>• Create innovative hiring strategies to engage local candidates; pre- screen CVs and evaluate potential candidates before sending to business team;<br>• Coordinate between both internal and external parties to organize interviews, collect interview feedback and push forward next steps to quickly onboard qualified candidates;<br>• Facilitate cross-region recruitment assets exchange; work closely with Europe and APAC HR community to engage other recruitment related activities; we are a community and we succeed and tackle challenges together<br>• Act as a brand ambassador when representing Capgemini Invent and job opportunities in the external market.</p>Senior QA</div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Who we are looking for:</H2> </div><div><p>• You will be somebody who is eager to learn and gain exposure into talent management and/or the consulting industry<br>• You will somebody highly organized, switched on, wants to create impact<br>• Courageous in expressing a point of view of what works, what doesn’t and what we can do better<br>• Want to be part of a global company and work with a diverse group of leaders and colleges and build an international career<br>• Somebody who takes the work but not themselves too seriouslyBachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.<br>• Minimum of three years of recruitment experience working in a fast–paced organization;<br>• Experience working in the consulting, automotive, digital industry is a plus<br>• Strong experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other recruitment tools and methods to track and manage candidates;<br>• Excellent command of English</p></div></div></div>
