Ideally knowledge of one or more Product Lifecycle Management tools (e.g. Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Arena/Windchill, Dassault Systèmes)</span></li> <li><span style=""><b>Consulting experience</b>: 6+ years of management consulting or engineering operations in automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, watchmaking or life science sectors industry. Experience in management consulting is highly recommended</span></li> <li><span style=""><b>Conceptual talent</b>: Lateral thinking and ability to bridge technology, strategic evaluation, and practical implementation. Structured work style to solve complex problems with a positive mindset and enthusiasm </span></li> <li><span style=""><b>Communication and presentation skills</b>: fluent in English (written and spoken). Additionally, either German (Zurich, Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) are highly recommended (C1 level).
