<p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></p> <p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Supply Chain Manager</strong> to lead our end‑to‑end supply chain operations. In this role, you will manage a multi‑functional SCM team, covering <strong>demand planning, import–export and logistics</strong>, ensuring seamless supply flow, high forecast accuracy, effective warehouse operations, and excellent customer service.<br>You will also drive process optimization, enhance system performance, and ensure full compliance with corporate standards and local regulations.</p> <div align="center"><hr align="center" size="2" width="100%"></div> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <p><strong>1. Supply Chain Strategy & Operations Management</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Develop, implement and oversee supply chain plans aligned with business strategy and market conditions.</li> <li>Manage all logistics activities including warehousing (multiple sites), 3PL performance, transportation, distribution, inventory control and logistics outsourcing.</li> <li>Review and improve supply chain workflow, processes and SOPs to enhance efficiency and service levels.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with environmental, regulatory and corporate standards; maintain accurate documentation for audit purposes.</li> <li>Evaluate and implement IT/technology solutions to enhance tracking, reporting and inventory visibility.</li> <li>Lead annual supply chain budgeting and manage operational cost optimization activities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>2. Demand Planning & Forecast Accuracy</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Monitor and analyze demand forecasts, detect deviations and adjust plans in coordination with Sales and Production.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with Production to align <strong>long-term and mid-term supply plans</strong> with market demand (local & export).</li> <li>Conduct monthly forecast vs. actual sales analysis, identify gaps and propose corrective actions.</li> <li>Define and execute plant warehousing strategies for raw materials and finished goods.</li> <li>Improve inventory turnover, reduce waste and ensure optimal stock levels.</li> <li>Manage inventory including: Raw material, semi, Finished good with lowest Cover In Week</li> <li>Control product phase‑in/phase‑out, discontinuation, product diversion, aging and expiry control.</li> </ul> <p><strong>3. Import–Export & Regulatory Compliance</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Lead import–export operations, including customs procedures, permits and tax-exemption applications for materials.</li> <li>Tax refund: prepare & submit import tax refund for A12</li> <li>Ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.</li> </ul> <p><strong>4. Logistics & Warehouse Management</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Oversee warehouse operations across all locations (in‑plant, North/South hubs).</li> <li>Manage all local distribution to entire dealers</li> <li>Ensure adherence to SOPs, KPIs and safety standards for warehousing and distribution.</li> <li>Strengthen cooperation with distributors, dealers, and 3PL partners to maximize efficiency and service quality.</li> </ul> <p><strong>5. Customer Service & Cross‑functional Collaboration</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Quality and Production to ensure seamless supply chain performance.</li> <li>Work with Asia Pacific SCM for strategic direction & project desployment</li> <li>Support development of business models and distribution channel strategies to fit market needs and regulations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>6. Leadership & Team Development</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Lead and develop the SCM team (Demand Planning, Import–Export, Logistics) to achieve high performance.</li> <li>Coach and mentor team members; ensure succession planning and capability development.</li> <li>Drive data integrity, reporting accuracy, KPI tracking and continuous improvement culture.</li> <li>Recruit, train and restructure team as needed, ensuring “right people for the right job”.</li> </ul> <div align="center"><hr align="center" size="2" width="100%"></div> <p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><strong>Minimum 5 years</strong> in a similar managerial role in <strong>multi</strong><strong> national manufacturing</strong><strong> and trading companies</strong>.</li> <li>Proven experience managing multi‑functional supply chain teams.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of demand planning, logistics, import–export, warehouse operations & inventory management.</li> <li>Solid <strong>leadership, decision‑making and stakeholder management</strong> skills.</li> <li>Good <strong>English communication skills</strong>.</li> <li>Experience in <strong>medical devices or pharmaceutical manufacturing</strong> is a <strong>strong plus</strong>.</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure, handle complexity and drive continuous improvement.</li> </ul> <p> </p>
