Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance (Primary Focus)</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Ensure full compliance with <strong>GSP/GDP</strong>, Drug Law, Circular 36, and company quality policies for pharmaceutical storage and handling. </li> <li>Review and approve inbound/outbound transactions and documentation for pharmaceutical products following local regulations.</li> <li>Maintain, update, and audit QA documentation including SOPs, quality manuals, temperature/humidity logs, and regulatory records.</li> <li>Prepare and submit mandatory reports to health authorities related to controlled drugs, special‑control products, and GSP requirements.</li> <li>Conduct internal audits, identify non‑conformities, prepare CAPA, and ensure timely closure.</li> <li>Support GSP maintenance and re‑validation activities; ensure readiness for inspections and audits.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>2. Warehouse Quality Oversight</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Monitor environmental conditions (temperature & humidity) in RM & FG warehouses to ensure compliance with GSP standards. </li> <li>Conduct monthly warehouse inspections and work with 3PL/4PL partners to address non‑conformities through CAPA.</li> <li>Verify warehouse reports, ensure accurate document storage, and maintain full QA traceability for audits.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>3. Regulatory Compliance & SOP Management</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Collaborate with 3PL to review, revise, and issue SOPs for warehouse/logistics activities.</li> <li>Train internal and external teams on Drug Law, GSP/GDP requirements, importation, storage, distribution, and transportation compliance.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>4.
