Braun Vietnam is seeking an experienced and dynamic <strong>Customer Partner Supervisor/Manager</strong> to lead the sales activities for our portfolio of medical equipment and devices, with a focus on <strong>endoscopy and surgical technologies</strong>. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing commercial strategies, driving business growth within the <strong>ETC (hospital)</strong> channel, managing tender activities, and developing a high-performing team of (Senior) Customer Partner Representatives.</p> <p>This is a key leadership position requiring strong commercial capabilities, customer engagement excellence, and the ability to navigate a complex and highly regulated healthcare environment.</p> <hr> <h2><strong>šŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <h3><strong>1. Sales Planning &amp; Performance Management</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead sales administration for assigned regions and customers; analyze performance, streamline processes, and advise senior management to optimize business outcomes.</li> <li>Develop annual sales plans, tactical market strategies, and brand awareness activities to achieve targets.</li> <li>Work with Supply Chain to ensure accurate stock forecasting and timely delivery aligned with tender timelines.</li> <li>Support annual marketing planning with data-driven insights on sales forecasts, market trends, competitive activity, and promotional costs.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>2. Customer Engagement &amp; Business Development</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Manage customer orders and ensure on-time product delivery.</li> <li>Build strong relationships with key decision makers to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.</li> <li>Respond promptly to customer complaints and work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, PV, Technical Service) to provide effective solutions.</li> <li>Identify new business opportunities by analyzing sales statistics, investment plans, customer behaviors, and market dynamics.</li> <li>Oversee tender activities within assigned territories, with the goal of maximizing successful tender quotas.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>3. Tender &amp; Territory Management</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Oversee all tender processes; coordinate with internal teams and distributors to build competitive product specifications.</li> <li>Stay updated on tender regulations, procedures, and best practices.</li> <li>Build transparent, strategic, and long-term partnerships with distributors and dealers.</li> <li>Maintain deep understanding of customer insights and market movements to support strategic planning.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>4. People Leadership</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Recruit, lead, and manage a team of (Sr.) Customer Partner Representatives to achieve shared objectives.</li> <li>Provide ongoing coaching and training to ensure strong product knowledge, technical competency, and high-quality customer interactions.</li> <li>Set individual targets, monitor performance, conduct field coaching, and oversee KPIs and appraisal processes.</li> <li>Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the team.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>5. Reporting, Compliance &amp; Other Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Ensure all sales activities comply with legal, ethical, and internal quality standards.</li> <li>Maintain updated product knowledge and ensure team compliance with documentation processes.</li> <li>Perform additional tasks assigned by management.</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>šŸŽ“ Qualifications</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Education</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Required:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medical, Biomedical, Pharmacy, or related fields.</li> <li><strong>Preferred:</strong> Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Experience</strong></h3> <ul> <li>At least <strong>5 years of sales experience</strong>, including <strong>minimum 1.5 years in a team management role</strong>.</li> <li>Experience in <strong>tender management</strong>.</li> <li>Prefer candidates with experience in <strong>medical devices/equipment</strong> and <strong>distributor/dealer management</strong>.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Skills</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Strong commercial and business acumen.</li> <li>Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to build strong relationships with senior-level healthcare professionals.</li> <li>Proven capability in leading, motivating, coaching, and developing sales teams.</li> <li>Highly driven, results-oriented, and able to succeed in a competitive market.</li> <li>Good command of English (written and verbal).</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>šŸ’¼ Why Join B.
