Take the next step in your career with us and help shape the future of healthcare by ensuring the highest standards of <strong><span tabindex="0">quality management</span></strong>, <strong><span tabindex="0">safety</span></strong>, and <strong><span tabindex="0">sustainability</span></strong>.</p><h2><strong><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Key Responsibilities</span></strong></h2> <ul> <li> <p><strong><span tabindex="0">Quality & Regulatory Documentation</span></strong>: Maintain and manage all documentation requirements in line with QMS, ISO 13485, FDA, GMP, and Indian Medical Device Rules 2017.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong><span tabindex="0">Compliance & Audits</span></strong>: Ensure plant processes comply with ISO 13485:2016, EN ISO 13485:2016, GMP standards, and support audits/inspections.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong><span tabindex="0">CAPA & Continuous Improvement</span></strong>: Monitor CAPA processes, generate weekly reports, and drive timely closure of corrective and preventive actions.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong><span tabindex="0">Validation & Calibration</span></strong>: Execute validation activities for equipment, clean rooms, and processes; manage calibration of tools and measuring devices.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong><span tabindex="0">EHS & Sustainability</span></strong>: Support implementation of ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.</p> </li> </ul> <h2><strong><span style="font-size:14.0pt">What You Will Bring to the Team</span></strong></h2> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:none"> <ul> <li> <p><strong><span tabindex="0">Technical Expertise</span></strong>: Strong knowledge of validation activities and calibration processes, both internal and external.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong><span tabindex="0">Regulatory Knowledge</span></strong>: Deep understanding of ISO, FDA, GMP, CE, and Indian Medical Device Rules 2017.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong><span tabindex="0">Analytical & Reporting Skills</span></strong>: Ability to monitor compliance activities, generate actionable reports, and ensure timelines are met.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong><span tabindex="0">Commitment to Compliance & Safety</span></strong>: Dedication to maintaining high standards in quality, safety, and environmental management.</p> </li> </ul> </li> </ul><p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>What sets B.
