Braun you will play a vital role in… Your key responsibilities: <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Determine core aspects and success criteria for automation solutions in product manufacturing and assembly processes.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Drive projects in production process automation for assembly solutions in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Work closely with the global Center of Competence (CoC) and related sub-CoC groups.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Assist in developing strategies to execute governance over core processes within the regional responsibility of the BMI B Braun Technology Center-Asia Pacific (BTC-AP) in accordance with Operating Model Medical (OMM).</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collaborate with production and R&D to promote simultaneous engineering for combined product and process development, aiming to generate manufacturable new products in line with the Center of Excellence (CoE) and division’s needs.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Assist in early evaluations of manufacturing technology suppliers in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region to enhance B. Braun’s manufacturing capabilities, especially in innovative automation technologies. For senior positions, provide training concepts and execution recommendations for technically skilled workers, to be implemented by a technical training center.</li> </ul> What you will bring to the team: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent relevant working experience in automation processes and machine development.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience in implementing process improvements and automation technologies, with solid knowledge of Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing; demonstrated success in creating, developing, and launching innovative solutions.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proven project management experience, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and within agreed scope.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong ability to think strategically and analytically, with well‑developed skills in planning and organization, innovation, data analysis, and sound judgment in complex situations.</li> </ul> What sets B.
