Braun you will play a vital role in…</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;line-height:115%"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;line-height:115%"><strong><span style="">Your key responsibilities:</span></strong></p> <p style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 36.0pt;text-indent:-18.0pt;line-height:normal"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 36.0pt;text-indent:-18.0pt;line-height:normal"> </p> <ul> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Ensure that all tax returns, tax declarations and other required reports required by competent authorities are submitted in a timely and quality manner. </span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Conduct analysis on financial data for periodic internal and external reportings</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Advise on matters related to Malaysia withholding tax, service tax, related party transactions and transfer pricing issues</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Evaluate the organisation's current or proposed activities, policies, business practices, and transactions to ensure that they comply with all relevant laws and regulations</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Share knowledge on tax/work improvement in the company for each quarter </span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Work closely with finance, HR and operations teams to embed tax compliance into everyday business processes</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Manage ongoing relationships with, external tax consultants to ensure the organisation receives satisfactory standards of service.</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Support in ad-hoc projects</span></li> </ul> <p style="line-height:normal"> </p> <p><strong><span style="">What you will bring to the team:</span></strong></p> <p style="line-height:normal;margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt 36.0pt"> </p> <ul> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Bachelor Degree preferably in Finance/ Accounting/Business. At least 6 years of relevant experience in taxation field. </span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><strong><span style="">Excellent knowledge of Malaysia tax compliance</span></strong><span style=""> and all types of tax returns.</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Excellent time management skills. </span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><strong><span style="">Good knowledge of SAP and MS.
