About this role
<p>Within the B. Braun Group, the “Hire to Retire Team” is looking for a new team member for the position of “IT Consultant SAP SuccessFactors” for the IT Competence Center in Poznań or Nowy Tomyśl, Poland.<br> As a member of the Hire to Retire team, you will be providing functional and technical support globally for incoming enquiries for assigned SAP SF modules, non SAP applications and cloud solutions.</p> <p> </p> <p>Duties and responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Analyzing and evaluation of user requirements</li> <li>Providing technical support globally for incoming inquiries for the SAP SuccessFactors modules</li> <li>Independent administration of tickets in accordance with service level agreements</li> <li>Ensuring service-oriented analysis, pre-qualification and fulfillment of incoming service requests, incidents, or fast-track demands</li> <li>Planning and execution of maintenance and lifecycle activities</li> <li>Work in a global team for continuous further development of solutions and improvements</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Professional competencies</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or another educational degree/certificate in an information technology related field with equivalent work experience</li> <li>1-2 years in SAP configuration and support</li> <li>Proven background and extensive knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors modules</li> <li>Operational service and support for SF Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding modules</li> <li>SAP HCM know-how is a plus</li> <li>Knowledge of SAP Cloud integration concept and techniques is a plus</li> <li>Experience in understanding HR business processes and solution configuration related to SAP SuccessFactors, SAP templates, and Best Practices</li> <li>Good verbal and written communication skills in English (at least B2)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Personal competencies</p> <ul> <li>Technically enthusiastic and willing to learn attitude is required</li> <li>Ability to work unsupervised in a multi-task environment in a global team</li> <li>Good communication skills</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What we offer</p> <p>Become part of a corporate culture that actively promotes constructive exchanges between colleagues, customers and partners.
