Braun you will play a vital role in…. <div> <div> <div class="msocomtxt" id="_com_1" style="text-align:justify"> </div> </div> <div> <div class="msocomtxt" id="_com_2"> Your key responsibilities: </div> </div> </div> </div> <div class="O0" style="margin-left:36.0px;text-indent:0.38in"> <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Oversee all aspects of engineering projects, including continuous process improvement, ensuring they are completed within the desired timeframe and budget.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Implement continuous improvement processes in both administrative functions and operational excellence methods.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Develop plans for new business facilities for product expansion, from conceptual feasibility studies to operational readiness.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Lead and provide stewardship to project teams, ensuring on-time delivery and identifying proactive measures for potential improvements.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects, assigning tasks to team members to ensure effective use of resources and meeting project deadlines.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Evaluate and authorize significant changes impacting project scope, budget, or timeline, and manage relationships with external contractors to ensure satisfactory service standards.</li> </ul> What you will bring to the team: <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">At least 6 years of experience in medical device engineering projects and process development and innovation.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Extensive experience in tube making processes, cannula making processes, safety clip production, safety clip test methods and specifications.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Experience in process improvements, automation technologies, knowledge in Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Project management experience, good communication skills and able collaborate with functional leaders and teams to ensure the project delivery within agreed budgets an timeline.</li> </ul> What sets B.
