<p><span style="color:darkcyan"><strong>Core Development & Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>CI/CD Orchestration: Migrate and evolve workflows from Jenkins/Bitbucket to GitHub Actions standards.</li> <li>Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Automate Azure provisioning using Terraform, replacing manual processes with declarative, scalable models.</li> <li>DevSecOps & Compliance: Implement automated security gates (Snyk, SonarQube, Fossa)</li> <li>Observability: Execute monitoring strategies by migrating from Log4net to OpenTelemetry, integrating logs into centralized SIEM/Azure Monitor.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:darkcyan"><strong>Technical Requirements (Mandatory)</strong></span></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Cloud Platform: Advanced experience in Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Key Vault, VNETs).</li> <li>Containerization: Deep proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes (AKS) for on-premise to cloud-native migrations.</li> <li>Modern Toolstack: Experience transitioning Atlassian stacks to GitHub, Jira, and Polarion with full lifecycle traceability.</li> <li>Infrastructure as Code: Solid knowledge of Terraform for multi-tenant and hospitalspecific environment isolation.</li> <li>Legacy Support: Ability to manage Windows Server and SOAP/WCF services during encapsulation phases.</li> <li>Scripting: Strong skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for task automation.</li> <li>Technical Competencies (Recommended / Good to Have)</li> <li>Security Governance: Knowledge of Azure AD (Entra ID) and audit procedures under the NIST framework.</li> <li>Disaster Recovery: Configuration of backup strategies in Azure Recovery Services Vaults (RTO/RPO targets).</li> <li>Advanced Observability: Proficiency in KQL (Kusto Query Language) and Log Analytics for deep troubleshooting.</li> <li>GitOps: Familiarity with ArgoCD or Flux for automated Kubernetes deployments. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:darkcyan"><strong>Personal Competencies</strong></span></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify and mitigate Single Points of Failure (SPOF) across infrastructure.</li> <li>Adaptability: Comfortable in highly regulated environments where patient safety is the primary priority.</li> <li>Team Player: Proactive communication and readiness to support the team’s technical growth. • Language: Fluent in Spanish; English is essential for international collaboration and regulatory documentation. </li> </ul><p>B.
