About this role
<p>As a Regional Engineer, you will provide end-to-end technical support for B. Braun products throughout the pre-sales, sales and after-sales phases, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve annual regional sales targets. You will also respond promptly to customer inquiries in the region, efficiently handle various service requests and on-site issues, continuously improve customer satisfaction, and meet the repair and sales KPIs assigned by the department.</p>
