Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world. </p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li><span style="">Understanding the business context and identifying the requirements for data visualizations and tools </span></li> <li><span style="">Gathering business requirements from internal stakeholders, or defining these yourself </span></li> <li><span style="">Working closely with data engineers to help ensure the data format and quality in order to design and build interactive self-service dashboards and tools, that are highly engaging and meaningful to internal stakeholders </span></li> <li><span style="">Using the tools such as Power BI, SQL, Hive, Spark, others </span></li> <li><span style="">Translating large volumes of data into meaningful and appealing ways to users, that drives insights and action </span></li> <li><span style="">Defining the metrics, KPIs and data structures required to support visualizations </span></li> <li><span style="">Manipulation and extraction of large sets of data </span></li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Requirements</H2> </div><div><ul> <li><span style="">Significant experience of working within data and analytics team to deliver data visualization tools and dashboards into a data-driven community </span></li> <li><span style="">Experience with big data platforms, data architecture and design techniques, and working with large data sets </span></li> <li><span style="">Experience in data architecture and data integration solutions </span></li> <li><span style="">In depth practical knowledge of the tools such as PowerBI, SQL, Hive, Spark </span></li> <li><span style="">Knowledge of CRM, Web Analytics, Digital Advertising, general marketing concepts and Adobe tools would be an asset </span></li> <li><span style="">Excellent communication to senior stakeholders and peers, and the ability to translate technical concepts, and their impacts on the business, to non-technical audiences </span></li> <li><span style="">Very strong communication and influencing skills </span></li> <li><span style="">Proficiency in English (spoken and written)</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> </div></div></div><p>Capgemini is a global leader in partnering with companies to transform and manage their business by harnessing the power of technology.
