NAQC seeks to further Hyundai&apos;s goal of becoming the leading automotive manufacturer in North America by delivering uncompromising quality and exceeding consumer expectations. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>The Position:</strong></p> <p>The Electrical Engineer II would focus on the continuous development and enhancement of electrical systems for Hyundai, Genesis, and Kia vehicles by performing field and on-site investigations and root cause analysis regarding electrical-related issues</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You Will Do:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Utilize warranty claim analysis to conduct quality investigations on Genesis, Hyundai, and Kia vehicles</li> <li>Execute field and on-site investigations to identify, analyze, replicate, and resolve quality-related issues for electrical systems</li> <li>Instrument various DAQ systems to prototype and customer vehicles to capture vehicle ECU (Electronic Control Unit) data </li> <li>Publish technical reports on electrical system evaluations and investigations to provide HMG R&amp;D and Quality teams with recommendations for improvement</li> <li>Perform part-failure analysis on electrical components to diagnose electrical-related issues and share findings with the corresponding vendor(s) and other quality divisions via investigation reports</li> <li>Provide technical support and participate in various product evaluation programs with NA sales affiliates and assembly plants</li> <li>Conduct ECU Over-The-Air (OTA) update validations to confirm market deployment readiness</li> <li>Support dealers and vendors with electrical-related issues by performing root cause analysis and providing solutions/countermeasures</li> <li>Perform supplier audits to ensure NA meets HMG&apos;s quality standards</li> <li>Identify market trends via customer feedback, external indices (e.g., J.D.
