This role supports and advances the HMNA Chief Manufacturing Officer’s (CMO) safety vision by ensuring regulatory compliance, driving environmental performance, and promoting a strong culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The Senior Group Manager partners closely with manufacturing leadership, affiliates, and suppliers to align EHS programs and initiatives with the CMO’s manufacturing strategy and HMNA’s core values. applicable regulations.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Lead and coordinate risk assessments, hazard identification, and emergency preparedness activities in partnership with site leadership.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Manage and support EHS audits, inspections, and required regulatory reporting.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop, implement, and maintain regional EHS policies, standards, and procedures aligned with corporate guidance.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Translate the HMNA CMO’s safety vision and corporate objectives into actionable regional EHS plans and priorities.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Act as a key point of coordination between HMNA manufacturing sites and global corporate safety teams.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support regional business planning, communications, and prioritization of EHS investments and resources.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Promote a proactive safety culture by reinforcing leadership accountability and consistent safety practices.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Lead initiatives sans-serif">Support environmental programs aimed at reducing impact and advancing sustainability objectives.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Track, analyze, and report environmental performance metrics, including emissions, waste reduction, and energy efficiency.</span></li> <li THE ROLE</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Master’s degree a plus.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ten or more years of experience with five or more years in automotive or manufacturing desired.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Three to five years of supervisory experience desired.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Knowledge of the automotive industry is required.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Expertise in OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001/45001 standards and global compliance frameworks required.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span
