<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Position Summary:</b></H2> </div><div><p>Coordinates, monitors, and performs specialized technical processes and related functions directly related to assembly activities in the Plant Engineering & Maintenance Department in an automotive manufacturing environment to meet and exceed company goals and objectives.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Functions:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Develop, coordinate, and lead activities in the maintenance of all mechanical equipment in general assembly.</li> <li>Generate, analyze, and develop countermeasures for downtime incidents.</li> <li>Provide technical direction and support to identify and troubleshoot problems, propose countermeasures; resolve issues.</li> <li>Develop preventative maintenance plan in the SAP system.</li> <li>Maintain spare parts for mechanical equipment within the SAP system.</li> <li>Design new installation as needed for replacement equipment.</li> <li>Monitor contractor work for quality assurance.</li> <li>Provide technical training and advice to Team Members as needed.</li> <li>Support and/or lead continuous improvement activities.</li> <li>Develop, document, and provide technical presentations.</li> <li>Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements. Team Member may be required to handle hazardous wastes which may include identifying, inspecting, packaging, labelling, and moving waste in compliance with RCRA regulations.
