Identifies, engages and coordinates with current and prospective dealers to facilitate and support negotiations between perspective parties and optimize network representation via facility actions, relocations, and other various network activates. This is a critical role in restructuring and improving the Hyundai & Genesis dealer network performance, image, and configuration in support of the company objectives. </span></p></div></div><div </div><div><div> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Identifies and meets with prospective dealer candidates, current dealers, and Regional representatives to optimize network configurations and ownership consolidation.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collaborates on priorities and interests for Hyundai & Genesis in nationally identified key priority markets to drive increased sales based on established Market Studies, while supporting deals in the best interest of HMA and GMA.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Presents dealership changes to the Dealer Network Committee composed of HMA and GMA Senior Executive Officers for approval and authorization of commitments.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provides regional support on Market Representation issues, offering coaching and counseling to dealership owners and regional management, and may recommend dealer terminations and support related legal actions.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Routinely reviews sales results, evaluates network change contributions, analyzes improvements and market studies, and incorporates new research into future strategy.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Acts as the primary field subject matter expert on network strategies and manages negotiations for major support, network lifecycle management, and significant DND actions.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Works with Legal and Finance to ensure documents accurately reflect dealer and HMA/GMA expectations, commitments, and obligations.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coordinates with Real Estate representatives on site identification and maintains documentation to ensure commitments are executed HMA and GMA.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Establishes Market Representation policies, channel management priorities, facility programs, long-term network strategy, dealer performance standards, and departmental budgets.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Approves or rejects dealer applications, enhancement requests, and prioritizes HMFC floor plan applications.</span></li> </ul> </div></div></div><div </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Must be a high school graduate.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Master’s degree a plus.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Fifteen or more years of wholesale automotive experience including five years in positions relating to market analysis and dealer representation planning and placement.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Seven or more years of senior level experience with OEM field background.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Supervisory experience is preferred. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong analytical skills.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong people relationship and management skills.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to deliver
