As a Senior Budget Analyst, you’ll be at the center of our research and development investments, empowering teams, driving accountability, and ensuring our ambitious goals are backed by world-class financial strategy.</p> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>WHAT YOU WILL DO</b></H2> </div><div><div> <p><strong>Lead & Influence</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and lead vehicle-related budget coordination for California teams (projects, fixed assets, product development)</li> <li>Partner closely with our Michigan team to co-manage systems, drive alignment, and promote best practices</li> <li>Facilitate cross-regional collaboration between California, Michigan, and Korea-based teams</li> </ul> <div> <p><strong>Analyze & Optimize</strong></p> <ul> <li>Review budgets, analyze spending trends, and identify gaps in execution</li> <li>Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve budget performance</li> <li>Conduct monthly forecasts, variance analysis, and ROI assessments</li> </ul> <p><strong>Guide & Enable</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare and present budgets for leadership approval</li> <li>Train teams on budget processes, tools, and compliance requirements</li> <li>Lead monthly spending performance meetings with California teams</li> </ul> <div> <p><strong>Build & Improve</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain and enhance the internal budget<strong> </strong>database (incl.
