As a leader in Dealer Network Performance Analytics, you will shape how performance is measured, understood, and improved—partnering closely with executives, field leaders, and dealers to uncover opportunities, influence strategy, and elevate overall retail performance.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">The position combines deep financial acumen with strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration. You will own the analytical view of dealership financial health, lead the evolution of reporting and insight generation, and ensure alignment across internal teams and external partners. Your work will directly inform executive decision-making, support dealer success, and help define the future of how Hyundai and Genesis manage, benchmark, and enhance dealer network performance. </span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT</b></H2> </div><div><div> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Evaluate Hyundai and Genesis dealer sales, service, and marketing performance through financial statement analysis.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Make recommendations to Executives and Senior Management on dealer performance changes and the impact of company initiatives on sales, service, marketing, and profitability.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Measure dealer performance against industry norms including NCM, NADA, Hyundai/Genesis 20 Group benchmarks, and other published statistics.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Conduct financial analytics training to strengthen field personnel consultative skills in business management and financial statements.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop and implement field training on Hyundai and Genesis ICON digital financial analysis software.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Lead the Hyundai Dealer Profit Opportunity Program (DPOP) and Genesis Retailer Profit Opportunity Program (RPOP), partnering with field staff to develop strategies, track dealer performance, and report progress to executive management.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop KPIs, manage the Rainmaker database, and create regional and group composites to compare dealer performance.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Formulate composite reports for Executive Management, DND Strategy Team, and Field personnel.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Utilize visualization and AI tools to enhance reporting and analytical capabilities.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure timely and accurate dealer financial statement reporting and assist regions to meet submission deadlines.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Set dealer performance and financial/capital standards and recommend updates to performance and capital guides.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support DND Steering Committee and NAMAD meetings through data analysis, presentations, and executive recommendations.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Review dealer financial statement formats, develop ICON report templates and user manuals, consult with DMS providers and advisory groups, update accounting manuals, support SAP and ICON reporting, resolve dealer issues within policy, and clearly communicate</span> analyses and decisions.</li> </ul> </div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Must hold a Bachelor’s degree.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Master’s degree a plus.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Eight or more years of automotive experience is required.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong analytical skills coupled with prior dealer contact experience, in-depth knowledge of financial analysis, and ability to work with spreadsheets and other analytical tools.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience with complex analytics desired, ex.
