Regional and Dealer personnel to support parts and service programs.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Partner with Pricing and Sales teams to achieve maintenance parts revenue and profit style="">Coordinate monthly maintenance parts sales with Drop Ship vendors, MOBIS, Regions, and Dealers.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Support Program Operations and Maintenance Parts Sales through reporting and program management.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Oversee all drop ship programs, including Tires, to drive parts sales.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Develop and distribute program tools, materials, and communications.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Evaluate program performance and recommend enhancements and efficiencies.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Manage business plans in alignment with company guidelines and sales projections.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Provide maintenance parts sales input to Parts Pricing for forecasting.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style=""><strong>Reporting & Analysis</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Prepare and distribute month‑end, daily, weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc reports.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Develop presentations for executive leadership, dealerships, and regional teams.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Track and report KPIs and program performance metrics.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Prepare documentation for new program launches.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style=""><strong>Budget, Purchasing & High School graduate.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Bachelor's degree preferred.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Five or more years of work experience of which at least three years of directly related experience in automotive parts or service.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Experience in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on fixed operations process.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Program management and vendor relations experience desired.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Automotive understanding of vehicle parts, parts pricing, parts sales, parts operational experience preferred.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Excellent verbal and written communication skills to allow effective interaction with all levels of the organization.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Ability to work independently, works under pressure of deadlines, handle multiple priorities and pay close attention to detail.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Ability to thrive in a team
