</div><div><p>Strategic Leadership & Multi-Disciplinary Execution</p> <ul> <li>Lead the development and implementation of integrated communications strategies that support business objectives, brand reputation, and employee engagement across North America and international markets.</li> <li>Act as a “strike team” leader—quickly mobilizing resources and expertise to address urgent communications needs, special projects, and crisis situations.</li> <li>Wear multiple hats, seamlessly blending functions such as executive communications, media relations, internal communications, and change management.</li> </ul> <p>Internal Communications & Employee Engagement</p> <ul> <li>Design and deliver compelling internal communications programs that inform, inspire, and connect employees at all levels.</li> <li>Partner with HR, business leaders, and global teams to drive culture, change initiatives, and organizational alignment.</li> <li>Develop and manage content for executive town halls, leadership messages, intranet, and employee campaigns.</li> <li>Measure and report on the effectiveness of internal communications, using data to drive continuous improvement.</li> <li>Foster a culture of transparency, inclusion, and two-way communication.</li> </ul> <p>Corporate Communications & External Relations</p> <ul> <li>Oversee the development of external communications, including press releases, executive speeches, presentations, and media statements.<br>Serve as a company spokesperson and trusted advisor to senior leadership on all matters of reputation, crisis, and brand positioning.</li> <li>Build and maintain relationships with media, industry groups, and key external stakeholders.</li> <li>Ensure consistency of messaging across all channels and regions, collaborating closely with marketing, PR, and global communications teams.</li> <li>Lead or support high-impact events, product launches, and executive visibility initiatives.</li> </ul> <p>Business Partnership & Strategic Counsel</p> <ul> <li>Advise the CEO, executive team, and business leaders on communications strategy, messaging, and organizational priorities.</li> <li>Translate complex business strategies into clear, compelling narratives for both internal and external audiences.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Legal, Operations, Sales, etc.) to ensure communications support business goals and compliance requirements.</li> </ul> <p>Team Leadership & Development</p> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing communications team, fostering a diploma.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.</li> <li>Master’s degree in a related field preferred.</li> <li>Ten or more years of experience in corporate communications, with significant experience in both internal and external communications.</li> <li>International experience strongly preferred.</li> <li>Knowledge of the automotive industry a plus.</li> <li>Exceptional English writing, editing, and storytelling skills.</li> <li>Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary communications teams and manage complex projects.</li> <li>Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into action.</li> <li>Experience working with senior executives and advising on sensitive or high-impact issues.</li> <li>Advanced presentation and visual communications skills (PowerPoint, etc.).</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment.</li> <li>High integrity, professionalism, and discretion.</li> </ul></div></div><div
