If you would enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are looking for a chance to become part of a stellar team of professionals, we invite you to apply online today.</span></p> <p><span> </span></p> <p><span>Position description:</span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Responsible for investigation, analysis and resolution of claims and demands made by attorneys representing consumers in the area of consumer litigation including lemon law, product liability and subrogation claims nationwide.</span></li> <li><span>Work on legal research projects involving warranty and automotive law questions.</span></li> <li><span>Retain and collaborate with the outside counsel for handling of consumer lawsuits.</span></li> <li><span>Manage, support and work on strategy of lawsuits filed by consumer attorneys.</span></li> <li><span>Work with and advise consumer affairs case managers on the best case handling and resolution.</span></li> <li><span>Attend mediations, arbitrations and trials along with outside counsel.</span></li> <li><span>Manage claims and lawsuits in the most cost-effective and efficient way.</span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Provide counseling and training to the different departments, dealerships and business units, as needed. </span></li> </ul> <p><span> </span></p> <p><span>Qualifications:</span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Passed CA bar exam</span></li> <li><span>3+ years of litigation experience desired</span></li> <li><span>Prior consumer litigation or lemon law experience is a plus</span></li> </ul> <p><span> </span></p> <p><span>Pay: 50/hr - $85/hr</span></p>
