The role partners cross-functionally to support pricing decisions, incentive strategy, and overall business performance for Hyundai and Genesis vehicles. </span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Prepare, analyze, and present monthly model-level income statements for Hyundai and Genesis vehicles against budget, including variance analysis and executive-ready reporting for Regional Headquarters leadership.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Partner cross-functionally with business units to understand cost structures, pricing assumptions, and market conditions to support pricing strategy and profitability decisions.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Analyze incentive programs across the North American vehicle portfolio to assess financial impact, competitiveness, and alignment with sales and profitability objectives.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Monitor and report key business metrics, including pricing, FOB changes, and profitability trends across Hyundai and Genesis models.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Evaluate Hyundai and Genesis pricing competitiveness relative to market and competitor activity and develop pricing recommendations based on business objectives and market conditions.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support profitability planning for new model launches by identifying opportunities to improve margin, pricing strategy, and financial performance.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coordinate with Hyundai entities across North America and Hyundai Motor Company to gather and share market, industry, and financial insights that support planning and decision-making.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support ad hoc analyses, special projects, and executive presentations requested by Regional Headquarters CFO and Hyundai Motor Company.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">This role performs day-to-day tasks and analyses in alignment with defined processes and under general direction.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Decision-making authority does not extend to matters of significance related to management or general business operations. </span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Four or more years of directly related experience in Finance.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Large, multinational organization experience preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Requires an understanding of accounting and financial analysis principles and methods.
