This role is key in developing a regional sales plan for each region to effectively measure and track regional sales achievement, inventory availability/pipeline and profitability.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">The development of regional carflows by model for each region will be the foundation for our regions to track product availability to achieve regional sales and profit targets. vs. plan; recommend supply adjustments to match demand.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collaborate with Finance, Production Planning, Distribution, and Regional Sales teams to address risks and opportunities.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Train Regional Sales teams on sales planning processes and SPOS regional carflow system.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Serve as liaison to manage inventory constraints and surplus allocation across regions.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Continuously refine SPOS carflow system accuracy with regional inputs and HAEA systems support.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Partner with National Sales Operations to establish annual regional targets (sales, share, wholesale, profitability).</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provide ongoing reporting on regional sales performance, inventory status, and pipeline insights to executives.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Conduct scenario (“what-if”) planning with Finance and Sales Planning to optimize outcomes.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Recommend regional volume allocations to support national sales and profitability goals.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Master’s degree a plus</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Eight years of similar experience sans-serif">Regional planning a plus.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Regional field experience a
