dealer performance metrics, conduct tests and develop comprehensive programs to maximize the effectiveness of incentive dollars to improve dealer engagement in an effort to support sales objective achievement.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Utilize market information, more detailed and sophisticated transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Use advanced knowledge to analyze the effectiveness of dealership and sales staff engagement programs, including sales impact and price elasticity.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Test multiple scenarios for each region and dealer as part of the monthly incentive planning cycle.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop new models to forecast program effectiveness and estimate program costs.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Exercise independent judgement to develop recommendations on future incentive programs.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Work with Sales, Finance, Marketing and other departments, to develop incentive programs and strategies to help achieve sales objectives.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Monitor and report the effectiveness and costs of each incentive program.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Manage vendors (define scope and ensure delivery of goods/services, monitor and drive performance, work to raise level of program effectiveness).</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Any other job duties as assigned by the division management.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Approve payments and check requests in accordance with HR guidelines and Company’s signature matrix. </span></li> </ul></div></div><div </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Must be a high school graduate.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Master’s degree a plus.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Eight or more years of work experience of which at least five years of directly related experience in automotive/automotive related with focus on quantitative and competitive analyses.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Two or more years of supervisory experience desired.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experienced in managing large financial budgets.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Excellent operations management skills, with working knowledge of C&I activities a plus.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experienced in managing teams to work well under pressure and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Good communication skills, with the ability to structure presentations for senior management.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Good analytical skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Excel,
