Summary: The Materials Management Technician (MMT) is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and operational readiness of the animal facility. This includes processing animal cages, cleaning equipment, and ensuring a hygienic environment that supports the health and welfare of laboratory animals, complying with institutional and regulatory standards. Responsibilities: The MMT is required to maintain accurate and timely documentation for all tasks to ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards. This includes completing and updating log sheets for rooms, equipment, and sanitization activities, as well as recording environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity.
