Job Purpose This role serves as the technical lead for supporting, integrating and optimizing ServiceNow (SPM) and Adobe Workfront to enable end-to-end demand, portfolio, and work execution workflows. You will design, build, and maintain custom automation, integrations, and platform capabilities that connect strategy to delivery. Acting as the primary technical authority across both platforms, you will translate business requirements into scalable solutions and partner closely with IT and business leaders to improve operational efficiency and visibility.
