<p>We are looking for a <strong>Working Student Warranty (f/m/d)</strong> to support our team in <strong>Ratingen - </strong>join our team now!<br><br><br></p> <p>As a <strong>Working Student Warranty (f/m/d)</strong>, you will support the Warranty Team with all matters relating to customer complaints and claims management.</p> <p> </p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><span style="color:darkcyan;text-decoration:underline"><strong>Your Scope: <br><br></strong></span></span></p> <ul> <li>You will handle the<strong> entry, processing, and seamless documentation of warranty claims from our customers and subsidiaries</strong>.</li> <li>Independent <strong>correspondence with suppliers regarding technical details and complaints</strong> -<strong> </strong>ensuring that processing deadlines are met - will also be part of your job. </li> <li>You will <strong>maintain complaint records in the "Babtec" software</strong>, manage parts shipping to suppliers, and monitor the status of ongoing shipments.</li> <li>Part of your role will involve <strong>checking supplier credit notes for accuracy</strong> and reconciling reimbursed costs.</li> <li>You will provide <strong>hands-on support for the professional packaging and shipping of components</strong> within the scope of warranty cases.<span style="text-decoration:underline"><span style="color:darkcyan;text-decoration:underline"><strong><br></strong></span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline;color:darkcyan"><strong>What you bring to the table: <br><br></strong></span></p> <ul> <li>You are a registered <strong>student in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable technical degree</strong> program.</li> <li>You have a solid <strong>general understanding of the</strong> <strong>Automotive Aftermarket (IAM)</strong> and basic knowledge of automotive technology.</li> <li>A confident command of <strong>MS Office (especially Excel) and experience working with databases</strong> is second nature to you.</li> <li>Ideally, you have <strong>gained initial experience with industry solutions such as </strong><strong>TecDoc</strong> or similar systems.</li> <li>You are a confident <strong>communicator in German and possess strong English skills (<C1 level)</strong>, particularly in a technical context.</li> <li>You work in a<strong> structured and conscientious manner</strong>, which is essential for documentation and data reconciliation in systems like Babtec.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><em><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:#008b8b">To ensure equal opportunities is one of our most important principles.
